Refunds are only done based on store credit. Hence, this policy stands for a period of 7 working days. After the seventh day of delivery, no exchange can be made for store credit. Therefore, to be qualified for exchange for store credit, the delivered item must have not been used and must be in the same state it was delivered to you. The packaging must also be original.  Evidence of purchase is needed. Also, already used or damaged products will not be accepted.
After these, your returned products would be examined and once it’s a success, an email will be sent to you to inform you that they have received your returned product. Of course, they would also inform you if your product has been approved or rejected for store credit too. Once approved, it takes 30 days for it to be processed.

Products are returned by mailing your products to Fighting Fame address, Third Floor, Kamer Building, 38, Cawasji Patel Street, Fort Mumbai Maharashtra IN 400001. Kindly note, you are responsible for shipping costs and they can not be refunded. 
When do I get my exchanged product?
There is no exact time as it differs. It is solely dependent on your location and how fast they can get back to you.
